Dynamic Bear Inc. is a private investment holding company located in the British Virgin Islands. Our main objective is to buy and sell businesses, both owned wholly or through of equity in or debt of various companies around the globe. 

 

The goal of Dynamic Bear Inc. is to manage its various investements in such a way that they continue to grow, increasing our net asset value on a per share basis. We then distribute a portion of the net profit from the investing activity in the form of a dividend payment to our shareholders on a quarterly basis and according to a our dividend policy.
