To our existing shareholders: If legally permissible, the Company anticipates providing holders of common shares dividends quarterly. Any declared dividends shall be based on the Company's net income for the preceding quarter and payable at the end of the next calendar month. If the end of said quarter falls on a non-business day, the dividend will be paid on the next business day. Notwithstanding this dividend policy, the Company shall have the right to supplement, modify or otherwise control the distribution of dividends at any time, upon the unanimous approval of the Company's board of directors.
